How this index is built

Videos reach this page through a fixed pipeline: discover, classify, score, review, publish. Discovery runs against official platform APIs with a maintained list of search phrases. Each result is then scored on whether the text of the title and description actually indicates a first-person account, and a person reviews the result before anything becomes visible. Search results are never published automatically, and no video is downloaded, mirrored or re-uploaded — every card links back to the original.

Why anecdotes are labelled, not ranked

An anecdote is a single unblinded observation with no control, no verification and heavy selection bias: people who had a dramatic experience are far more likely to film it than people who had an uneventful one. That makes these videos genuinely useful for understanding what people talk about — the questions they ask, the side effects they mention, the practical confusions they hit — and useless as a measure of whether something works. Counting videos does not produce evidence, so this site does not aggregate them into claims about efficacy or safety.

Reading a card

Each card carries a content category. Personal experience is applied conservatively and only when the creator's own text indicates they are describing themselves. Promotional is applied whenever a video is selling something or is published by a channel with a commercial interest, even if it is framed as a personal story. Where a creator makes a medical claim, that claim remains theirs; it has not been independently verified here.

For what the published literature actually says about any compound mentioned in these videos, use the peptide database. For the arithmetic that many of these videos get wrong, use the reconstitution calculators.
